We are seeking a seasoned Customer Program Manager to align company resources in order to achieve customer success. Responsibilities will include developing/maintaining customer business plans as well as ensuring that the right business processes are in place to support the customer through the customer lifecycle. Customer business plans will include revenue/expense forecasts, risk analysis, resource requirements, target dates for deployment, support, and future business development/sales, and enhancements and/or additional functionality requirements to win/maintain the business. Other responsibilities will include coordinating and facilitating interdepartmental teams to accomplish the delivery of solutions to high-profile customers (Customer Programs).

Requirements include 3-5 year’s project/program management experience and a technical degree (BS Engineering, Computer Science, etc.). Candidate must have business planning skills, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), and the ability to multi-task in a stressful environment. Individual must also possess strong problem solving skills as well as the ability to plan and to execute on that plan. An MBA is preferred.

Our Training Group is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Instructor with initiative to conduct highly technical training courses at customer site locations and participate in the development of extensive training classes and materials for new products. Responsibilities will include learning the existing Soliloquybooks.com instructional materials while monitoring and adjusting course topics and procedures for maximum educational benefit. Instruction will involve performing lecture/discussion in a classroom environment up to 7 hours/day and 3 days/week as well as providing explanations on technical specifications and software issues.
